Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We offer free returns of products for refund or exchange provided it is in proper condition. Returns should be made within 15 days.
Returnable item(s) must be in original, undamaged packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from any stains or strong odours and have clothing tags intact. Please note that if the returned product(s) is not in the said condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refunds are available only if the products are damaged or faulty.
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products bought on sale.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions, we will email you a store credit excluding shipping costs. Store credits are valid for 1 month from the date of issue. For refunds, bank deposits will be made within 48 hrs to your given account details.
